Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the President and leadership team by managing calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, records, and special projects. Handles confidential information and supports compliance with financial-services regulations, recordkeeping obligations, privacy policies, and firm procedures. The role is fully on-site in Salt Lake City and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Supports the Investment Team with fund and portfolio manager due diligence, investment research, market and manager monitoring, client investment projects, data management, report preparation, and a seven-week capstone project. The intern will gain experience evaluating investment opportunities, conducting industry research, developing recommendations, and contributing to compliance-focused deliverables while working onsite in Salt Lake City.

Supports wealth management operations through record keeping, client onboarding and offboarding, audits, vendor management, reporting in Tamarac, administrative tasks, process improvement, and internal projects. The intern will collaborate with Operations and Investment Operations teams and complete a seven-week capstone project. This is an on-site Spring 2026 internship in Salt Lake City requiring availability Tuesdays and Thursdays, with optional Fridays.
