Supports HR operations including onboarding and offboarding, I-9 verification, new-hire filings, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits administration, COBRA notices, vendor coordination, and employee experience initiatives. Maintains confidential personnel data, manages documentation and e-signatures in BambooHR, coordinates training and orientations, and contributes to process improvements and workplace culture.

Provide analytical and client support for high-net-worth clients: prepare financial statements, portfolio reports, cash flow and retirement modeling, coordinate planning and tax documentation, maintain CRM data, liaise with custodians, and support advisors in client meetings and account administration while following compliance and fiduciary standards.
