Provides Level 1 remote and deskside IT support for distributed employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, connectivity, collaboration tools, VoIP, and user access; deploying and maintaining devices; managing onboarding and offboarding; resolving tickets within SLAs; maintaining asset records and documentation; coordinating repairs; and escalating complex or security-related issues.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to dental practices through cold calls, targeted emails, and account research. Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, communicate software and digital marketing value, book meetings, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot, create email sequences, follow up persistently, share call insights, and collaborate remotely to improve sales messaging and conversion.

Make 100–125 daily B2B cold calls to spas, salons, clinics, and pharmacies; present a smart mirror and mini lab offer; book meetings; hand prospects to the assigned team member; and accurately log calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM. This remote, part-time role requires US Eastern Time availability, KPI performance, strong spoken English, and comfort using dialers and CRM systems.
