Prepare and file federal and state tax returns, develop tax strategies and policies, manage client relationships, supervise staff and engagements, ensure compliance and billing, represent clients before regulatory agencies, and meet with clients for planning and reviews.

Support the Audit Manager by preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing work-in-process and completed contract schedules, maintaining fixed asset schedules, developing client questions on account variances, and recommending process improvements to enhance reporting and review readiness for construction market clients.

Embed with partner firms to standardize and deploy operational playbooks, improve working capital (DSO, WIP, realization), coordinate finance/HR/legal/tech, support tuck-in integrations, and provide operational advisory to regional leadership.
