Support dietary and culinary needs of clients in a behavioral health skilled nursing facility: prepare/serve meals, follow sanitary procedures, attend mandatory trainings, follow supervisor-assigned schedules, and complete other assigned tasks to meet daily mealtime service requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and implement therapeutic recreation programs to meet individual client needs in a 40-bed mental health recovery center. Provide recovery-oriented activities, supervise client activities, ensure program documentation and compliance, and collaborate with clinical staff to support stabilization and recovery.

Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health clients per physician orders within LVN/LPT scope; supervise non-licensed staff, support unit operations, assist with medication management, behavioral interventions, and transition planning.
