Provide direct nursing care to clients per physician orders within scope of practice, supervise non-licensed staff, operate the unit, support psychiatric stabilization and recovery, night on-call schedule. Requires CPR/first aid and California LVN or LPT licensure.

Provide direct nursing care per physicians' orders within LVN/LPT scope, supervise non-licensed staff, and support Mobile Response Team crisis intervention, de-escalation, stabilization, and community-based referrals across Lompoc and Santa Barbara County.

Provide direct peer-based behavioral health support using personal lived experience to guide others in recovery. Deliver mutuality-based services, share recovery skills, complete required peer support and behavioral intervention trainings, and work as part of the San Francisco crisis stabilization team on PM full-time shifts.
