Directs and coordinates nursing operations at a behavioral health rehabilitation center, including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory services, quality assurance, medical records, staff education, compliance reporting, and quality improvement. The role also supports interdisciplinary marketing and referral-networking efforts. Requires California RN licensure and at least one year of nursing supervision experience within the last five years.

Provides direct nursing care to behavioral health clients under physicians’ orders, supervises non-licensed personnel, supports unit operations, and promotes client stabilization and recovery. Requires California LVN or LPT licensure, nursing knowledge, supervisory ability, teamwork, and current CPR and first aid certifications. Mental health nursing experience is preferred.
