Provides peer-based behavioral health support to adults in residential recovery programs. Uses personal recovery experience, specialized peer-support training, behavioral intervention techniques, life-skills coaching, wellness planning, and community engagement to help individuals improve wellness, self-management, and independence. This is an on-call PM and overnight role.

Coordinates quality assurance activities for a behavioral health facility by auditing person-served care and electronic health records, maintaining quality improvement standards, monitoring medical records and infection control, supporting staff development, collecting and analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

Provides direct nursing care to behavioral health clients under physician orders and within scope of practice. Supervises and directs non-licensed staff in client care and unit operations, collaborates with team members, and supports clients in psychiatric recovery. Requires California LVN or LPT licensure, CPR and first aid certification, and knowledge of nursing practice. Mental health nursing experience is preferred.
