The Human Resources Manager supports employee relations, workplace investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absence, and labor-law compliance across the Central Valley region. This hybrid role requires weekly visits to assigned campuses and occasional travel outside the area. The manager partners with leadership to implement and monitor HR programs and must understand California employment laws.

Provides administrative and business office support in a behavioral health rehabilitation center. Responsibilities include assisting with office functions, serving diverse individuals respectfully, using general office equipment, and applying basic accounts payable and receivable knowledge. This is a full-time, temporary position scheduled Monday through Friday, expected to end in January 2027.

The Corporate Assistant Controller partners with leadership to implement technology solutions, streamline accounting processes, strengthen controls, and improve reporting.
