Manages the transition of new products from engineering to production, including prototype builds, pilot validation, production ramp-up, and contract manufacturing transfers. Develops project plans, tracks progress, manages risks, leads cross-functional teams, coordinates supply and demand planning, conducts launch readiness reviews, and supports PMO process improvements. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, planning, and external partners.

Leads manufacturing PMO and New Product Introduction projects from engineering through production. Develops integrated project plans, manages prototype builds, supplier readiness, procurement, risks, resources, schedules, and production launches. Coordinates cross-functional teams, contract manufacturers, product transfers, launch readiness reviews, and demand changes while communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Leads mechanical design for Crestron audio/video hardware platforms, including electronic enclosures, brackets, assemblies, thermal solutions, and mounting systems. Creates CAD models, drawings, specifications, tolerance analyses, and BOMs. Performs thermal, structural, vibration, and reliability analyses; supports prototyping, validation, regulatory testing, and product introduction. Collaborates with hardware, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Rockleigh, New Jersey.
