Entry-level Proposal Coordinator responsible for creating and maintaining proposal progress for packaged substation projects. Manages vendor and customer correspondence, ensures accuracy of proposal and submittal documents, coordinates scope and schedule changes, provides status updates to team leader, and consults on technical and financial proposal issues such as bonds, credit flags, expedited lead-times, and special equipment.

Design, check, and document high-voltage substation physical designs and calculations; produce material lists; coordinate with project teams, customers, and field staff; support construction and testing through site visits and technical guidance.

Plan, implement, and administer plant safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct training and OSHA recordkeeping, monitor industrial hygiene, investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and report on safety metrics to reduce accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
