Lead Mid-State Supply as the business-unit President, defining strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, overseeing P&L and financial performance, developing leadership, and aligning people, processes, and resources to achieve market expansion and operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership, Sales, and Marketing to identify new markets, improve profitability, and represent the unit externally.

Lead execution of complex electrical construction (EPC) projects from kickoff through closeout. Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while managing scope, cost, schedule, resources, and technical performance. Act as primary client contact, resolve issues, support business development, and mentor project managers to build high-performing teams using disciplined, data-driven decision-making.

Support daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, cash forecasting, payments, and corporate card programs. Assist with debt administration, account reconciliations, treasury reporting, budgeting, controls, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong internal controls.
