Coordinates social media content, employer-branding and recruiting campaigns, employee engagement programs, community initiatives, trade shows, events, branded merchandise, creative deliverables, vendors, and marketing records. Partners with HR, Recruiting, Creative Services, employees, and community organizations while tracking participation and engagement. The role requires strong organization, communication, writing, event coordination, relationship-building, and occasional travel or after-hours event support.

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, implement, and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality while working collaboratively across teams.

Leads Crest’s enterprise risk management program, governing risk assessments, risk registers, mitigation plans, reporting cycles, workshops, dashboards, and executive or board materials. Coordinates Risk Owners, business-unit leaders, and advisors; tracks actions and controls; maintains ERM tools and documentation; and drives continuous process improvement. The role is on-site in Pineville, Louisiana, with occasional travel and visits to industrial or manufacturing facilities.
