The PMO Manager leads project and proposal support teams, driving process improvement, project coordination, and customer communications to enhance project execution.

Support and mature Crest's ERM program by maintaining the enterprise risk register, coordinating Risk Owners/Liaisons, tracking mitigation actions, preparing dashboards and Steering Committee materials, and improving ERM processes and tools.

Administer and improve Crest Operations’ hybrid IT environment across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and endpoint platforms. Responsibilities include identity and access management, endpoint configuration, patching, migrations, backups, recovery testing, monitoring, root-cause troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell and APIs, documentation, ITIL-based ticket and change management, and proactive risk identification.
