Leads the End User Computing organization, including desktop engineering, help desk, endpoint lifecycle, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, SaaS delivery, executive support, and digital employee experience. Develops endpoint strategy across Windows, macOS, Intune, and Autopilot; partners on endpoint security; manages hardware procurement and asset lifecycle; establishes service metrics; drives automation and continuous improvement; and builds a high-performing engineering team.

Manages administrative, investment implementation, onboarding, private banking, billing, asset transfers, charitable distributions, and account services for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Serves as a primary client contact, partners with portfolio managers, coordinates with CPAs and attorneys, supports alternative investments and credit facilities, and improves technology and processes to enhance client experience and scalability.

Analyzes client investment portfolios, asset allocation, risk, liquidity, taxes, and financial plans. Builds investment proposals, balance sheets, cash flow projections, performance reports, and client meeting materials. Coordinates tax reporting and collaborates with advisors, investment teams, CPAs, attorneys, and trustees. Maintains client records and develops AI-enabled workflows and process automation using platforms including Salesforce, Addepar, Pershing, and Fidelity.
