Manage all revenue cycle functions for a Federally Qualified Health Center, including claims submission, denials, coding compliance, payments, credentialing, collections, appeals, payer enrollments, and billing workflows. Lead the revenue cycle team, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, optimize processes, manage patient financial services, and report on accounts and collections.

Provide comprehensive primary care and HIV-specific management (ART, PrEP/PEP, opportunistic infections) for a diverse outpatient panel within an FQHC. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, meet productivity and documentation targets, participate in after-hours call rotation, and support care coordination and quality metrics.

Provide assessment, referral, service planning, and care coordination for clients. Complete psychosocial assessments and individualized plans, manage caseloads using evidence-based interventions, document thoroughly, collaborate with care teams, attend trainings, and meet productivity and continuing education requirements.

Provides patient care in an ambulatory clinic as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Manages patient flow, documents care accurately and timely, handles medication and inventory, maintains exam rooms and clinic compliance, and maintains licensure and clinical competency. Performs tasks within LPN scope; occasional light lifting and travel may be required.
