Owns enterprise-wide learning and talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, compliance training, LMS administration, onboarding, skill-gap analysis, and individual growth plans. Partners with leaders across a multilingual, multi-shift workforce to build capabilities, maintain audit-ready training records, measure learning effectiveness, manage vendors and budgets, and strengthen internal promotion readiness. The role requires facilitating varied learning formats, supporting regulatory and customer requirements, and traveling 15%–25% to company locations.
