Manage and deliver multiple mid-to-high complexity real estate and facilities projects from inception to closeout. Lead internal teams and vendors, manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality and risks, conduct onsite audits, communicate with clients, prepare documentation and reports, run meetings, support vendor selection and business development, and supervise junior staff.

Lead workplace strategy and advisory engagements for occupier clients, translating business objectives into portfolio strategies. Drive client presentations, identify account growth opportunities, support change management, mentor team members, and align cross-service delivery to convert advisory into revenue while influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
