Lead planning and delivery of commercial real estate capital projects from inception to closeout. Serve as primary client advisor, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, consultants and contractors, and oversee design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Mentor project team members, produce executive reporting and project documentation, perform site visits and audits, and drive continuous improvement and account growth while ensuring alignment with client objectives and standards.

Manage development, planning, and delivery of capital projects across a global client account. Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to track schedules, risks, budgets, permitting, installation, and closeouts. Support vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, program documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications while maintaining program dashboards and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Provide phone and email application support and training to clients, log and escalate tickets, create statements of work, produce ad-hoc reports, assist QA with testing and bug identification, and perform other help-desk duties to ensure client satisfaction.
