The Vice President, Strategic Account Director will manage relationships with key clients in commercial real estate, develop strategies for their portfolios, and ensure high client satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and pursuing new revenue opportunities.

Represent clients in commercial real estate by prospecting new clients, learning market dynamics, evaluating property attributes, building local relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and pursuing ongoing CRE education and designations.

Lead and deliver commercial real estate construction projects for a major client: manage scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and quality; supervise project staff; produce proposals, reports, dashboards, and value logs; drive business development, process improvements, and cross-team knowledge sharing; act as client liaison and ensure successful project execution.
