Manage multiple mid-to-high complexity real estate and facilities projects from inception to closeout. Lead internal teams and vendor partners, develop scope, schedule and budgets, oversee procurement, quality, and risk, conduct onsite audits, produce project documentation and status reports, and deliver exceptional client service while supervising and developing junior staff.

Develop and maintain enterprise real-estate software using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript, collaborate on a Python AI integration layer, prototype and productionize LLM-driven features (NLP queries, data extraction, automated reporting), use LLM APIs and AI-assisted development tools, contribute to architecture, performance, and documentation, and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.

Manage end-to-end real estate transactions for complex portfolios including site selection, financial analysis (NPV, IRR, cash flow), contract negotiation, zoning/entitlements, acquisitions, dispositions, subleasing and portfolio strategy. Produce PIFs, market comparables, BOVs, RFPs, LOIs and lead program/workstream management while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Industrial and office experience required; healthcare transaction experience preferred. Position sits in Phoenix, AZ.
