Manages client-facing projects for a national account, coordinating internal teams and vendors while overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, invoices, documentation, risks, and deliverables. Leads project meetings, communicates status and variances, supports vendor processes and onboarding, resolves issues, and maintains strong client relationships. The role requires daily onsite presence, frequent movement between client buildings, occasional North American travel, and availability for evening or weekend deadlines.

Leads large-scale laboratory and office relocation programs, including tenant improvements, construction, laboratory moves, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination. Manages stakeholders, project governance, budgets, schedules, risks, changes, reporting, documentation, compliance, and continuity of operations. Coordinates facilities, laboratory users, designers, contractors, consultants, and project delivery teams while overseeing equipment inventory, commissioning, occupancy readiness, turnover, and closeout.

Executes commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions for global portfolio accounts. Coordinates market co-brokers, drafts proposals and letters of intent, supports lease reviews and negotiations, prepares financial analyses, manages transaction documentation and communications, tracks lease expirations and critical dates, and maintains recurring real estate activity reports.
