Manages multiple real estate and facilities projects from inception through closeout, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, vendors, risks, documentation, and client communications. Leads internal teams and vendor partners, conducts site audits, facilitates meetings, manages project reporting, and supports business development and process initiatives. The role requires frequent onsite presence, occasional North American travel, and availability for evenings or weekends as project deadlines require.

Administers, supports, configures, and continuously improves Cresa’s Salesforce platform. Provides user support, troubleshooting, reporting, dashboard development, training, testing, security administration, and automation. Partners with business users, developers, consultants, and managed service providers to resolve issues, implement enhancements, maintain platform performance, and increase user adoption.

Own end-to-end location and market analytics projects, including site rankings, market comparisons, cost models, commute studies, labor assessments, and portfolio analyses. Scope work with advisors, build and quality-assure models, create Tableau and PowerPoint recommendations, support business pursuits, and present findings to executives. Develop reusable Alteryx and Tableau workflows, apply AI tools, steward data quality, evaluate data sources, and mentor analysts and interns in a remote environment.
