Develops, implements, documents, and maintains manufacturing processes for off-highway cab products. Responsibilities include lean manufacturing improvements, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process and equipment troubleshooting, facility layouts, cost justification, poka-yoke implementation, engineering documentation, work instructions, quality checklists, BOMs, routings, and customer specification reviews. Supports new and existing products across metal processing, welding, coatings, assembly, and shipping while promoting workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Builds and owns backend applications, integrations, automation, and agentic AI solutions from business discovery through production support. The role partners with business and plant leaders, gathers requirements, designs and deploys secure software using Python, enterprise platforms, Anthropic Claude, and MCP. Responsibilities include solution architecture, testing, documentation, monitoring, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, with occasional travel between manufacturing facilities.

Designs, builds, administers, and supports multi-site IT infrastructure across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. Responsibilities include VMware, Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery, datacenter operations, security segmentation, Tier 3 escalation, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and documentation. The role requires on-call support, after-hours maintenance, and up to 20% travel between facilities.

Plans and coordinates production schedules based on purchase orders, inventory, materials, labor, and equipment availability. Monitors production progress, resolves delays, adjusts schedules, prepares performance reports, and communicates updates to management and relevant departments. Identifies ways to reduce costs, improve processes and product quality, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Drive standard cost system oversight, margin and variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Maintain ERP cost accounting, partner with operations and IT, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and support audits to improve manufacturing financial performance.

Support and improve production off-highway cab products by implementing engineering changes, creating/modifying 3D models and 2D drawings, maintaining BOMs, resolving production issues, executing 8D corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Global Engineering to optimize manufacturability, cost, and product safety.
