Manage manufacturing operations and support functions to achieve quality, output, safety, delivery, and cost targets. Develop capacity and production plans, lead supervisors and personnel, drive lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, safety, quality, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs, reduce costs, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand and operational objectives.

Develop and maintain short- and medium-range production schedules in Oracle EBS, release and adjust work orders, coordinate materials and purchasing, lead daily floor direction in absence of supervisors, communicate with sales/operations on delivery status, enforce safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement to improve on-time delivery and inventory turns.

Provides HR and benefits administration, full-cycle recruitment, HRIS maintenance and audits, compliance with employment laws, performance management support, employee engagement and retention initiatives, event coordination, and general HR project work for the location.

Design and develop electrical, mechanical, and non-metallic cab components from concept to prototype and pre-production. Create accurate 3D models and drawings, apply GD&T and manufacturing best practices, coordinate suppliers and builds, lead design reviews and root cause analyses, and communicate technical decisions to customers.

Act as the on-site liaison between Crenlo and OEM customers to build relationships, resolve technical and quality issues, interpret manufacturing prints and GD&T, lead root cause analysis (8D), verify corrective actions, support audits and new program launches, and temporarily oversee labor at plant sites. Frequent travel to customer and manufacturing locations required.

Lead and deliver moderately complex automation/electrical projects from design through implementation. Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, troubleshoot automated systems, interpret schematics and welding blueprints, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor small teams while handing projects off to operations.

Drive standard cost system oversight, margin and variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Maintain ERP cost accounting, partner with operations and IT, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and support audits to improve manufacturing financial performance.

Support and improve production off-highway cab products by implementing engineering changes, creating/modifying 3D models and 2D drawings, maintaining BOMs, resolving production issues, executing 8D corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Global Engineering to optimize manufacturability, cost, and product safety.
