Oversee standard costing system and lead business and margin analysis across plants. Maintain ERP cost accounting, manage inventory valuation and reconciliation, perform variance analysis, partner with operations to improve margins and controls, drive cost reduction and process automation, and support internal/external audits.

Lead and deliver moderately complex automation/electrical projects from design through implementation. Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, troubleshoot automated systems, interpret schematics and welding blueprints, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor small teams while handing projects off to operations.

Support plant production by improving processes, reducing costs, developing SOPs, analyzing production data, providing capital expenditure guidance, and implementing lean and 8D problem-solving to resolve production issues.

Design and develop electrical, mechanical, and non-metallic cab components from concept to prototype and pre-production. Create accurate 3D models and drawings, apply GD&T and manufacturing best practices, coordinate suppliers and builds, lead design reviews and root cause analyses, and communicate technical decisions to customers.

Lead cost accounting, margin and variance analysis across manufacturing plants. Manage ERP cost systems, inventory valuation, and reporting. Partner with operations, plant controllers, IT, and sales to drive cost control, process automation, and improved financial decision-making.

Facilitate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee records management. Screen applicants, schedule interviews, administer I-9s and benefits records, assist with employee inquiries and events, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support talent acquisition and workers' compensation administration.

Support and improve production off-highway cab products by implementing engineering changes, creating/modifying 3D models and 2D drawings, maintaining BOMs, resolving production issues, executing 8D corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Global Engineering to optimize manufacturability, cost, and product safety.

Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance systems for metal fabrication processes. Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, inspections, documentation (drawings, BOMs, routings), supplier/customer communication, and continuous improvement using lean methods.

Manage Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance functions across fabrication, weld, paint, and assembly. Lead safety culture, lean/5S/VFM implementation, process improvements, DFM, preventative maintenance, capital planning and budgeting, and training. Oversee product development, troubleshoot processes, drive cost/time/quality improvements, and supervise cross-functional teams.
