Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Crema sponsors a 401(k) investment plan through Securian that allows pre-tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) contributions. Eligible employees are added automatically unless they opt-out of this benefit.

401(K) matching

Crema will contribute a Safe Harbor match of 100% on the first 3% of an employee's contribution, and 50% on the next 2% contributed to the plan. Crema's maximum match amount is 4%.

Crema pays 75% of monthly dental premiums for eligible employees and their dependents .

Disability insurance

Short term disability insurance is free to eligible employees. This benefit will pay 60% of your gross wages (tax-free) during the claim period.

Health insurance

Crema pays 75% of monthly medical premiums and makes employer contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for those enrolled in the high deductible plan.

Life insurance

Crema provides each eligible employee Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through Principal Life Insurance Company. This benefit is 100% paid for by Crema.
