Administers Kronos timekeeping, maintains Workday integrations, manages payroll records and reporting, prepares documentation, and trains employees and managers. Partners with HR, Finance, and IT on payroll improvement initiatives, system testing, controls, and employee experience. Handles transactions including timecards, garnishments, leave payments, terminations, adjustments, manual payments, and year-end activities.

Owns Greater China sales forecasting, revenue planning, performance analytics, and demand-supply alignment. Partners with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify revenue risks and opportunities, improve forecast accuracy, develop dashboards and scenario models, and support executive business reviews. The role influences senior stakeholders, leads process improvements, and translates complex data into actionable recommendations across sales, finance, supply chain, and product management.

Administers Microsoft Teams voice services, including calling plans, direct routing, phone numbers, dial plans, SBCs, emergency calling, and user policies. Deploys and maintains Teams Rooms devices, monitors call quality and device health, investigates network and device issues, and supports onboarding and adoption. Coordinates carrier and network changes, manages governance and incidents, maintains configuration documentation, and reports on service quality, room health, and license utilization.
