The Treasury Officer manages daily cash positions, liquidity planning, cash-flow forecasting, fund allocation, banking operations, investments, foreign exchange, reconciliations, treasury reporting, and financial controls. The role supports lending funding requirements, monitors treasury risks and costs, optimizes cash utilization, and collaborates with Finance, Credit, Collections, Operations, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and management to improve treasury processes and automation.

Lead investor acquisition and investment mobilisation for Widestride’s products, especially the WIL Balanced Asset. Build and convert pipelines of HNIs, corporates, institutions, family offices, and other qualified investors; develop partnerships; meet AUM, revenue, and acquisition targets; present investment products; monitor markets and competitors; forecast inflows; maintain client records; report performance; and ensure SEC, AML, KYC, and internal compliance requirements are met.

Manage the company’s treasury function, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, banking relationships, and short-term investments. Develop and implement investment strategies, allocate assets, select and monitor securities, manage portfolio risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide financial guidance to senior management, establish treasury policies, and recruit and lead a growing treasury and investment team.
