Own and grow a portfolio of large, complex Key Accounts ($250M+): drive retention, expansions and renewals; manage pipeline, forecasts and commercial negotiations; build executive relationships; collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success to deliver strategic, data-driven outcomes.

Validate and configure CreditorWatch SaaS product versions for customers, review requirements forms, create internal build requests, deliver demos, perform Level 2 support, liaise with product and solutions teams, and identify process improvements.
