Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. The role owns the full sales cycle, achieves monthly recurring revenue targets, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and identifies cross-sell opportunities while reducing churn risk.

Manage an existing customer portfolio, owning contract renewals, pricing discussions, upsell, expansion, product adoption, and churn reduction. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product value, identify opportunities, collaborate with BDMs on qualified leads, and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting. The role focuses on driving net revenue retention and supporting long-term customer growth.
