Responsibilities include sourcing, talent mapping, screening, interviewing, stakeholder partnership, candidate engagement, offer management, and delivering market insights. Own and mature the company’s Cyber GRC program, including cyber risk management, policy governance, control testing, audit readiness, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, third-party risk, resilience, incident governance, and responsible AI governance. Lead stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, IT, P&C, and business teams while translating regulatory and contractual requirements into practical controls and remediation plans.
