Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. Leads and develops AI Product Managers and Product Owners, partners with Engineering and Design, and translates customer, market, and data insights into commercially viable solutions. The role requires strong AI/ML fluency, stakeholder influence, delivery leadership, and experience scaling AI-enabled user experiences, automation, recommendations, and decisioning workflows.

Drive new B2B business across the corporate segment by prospecting, conducting discovery and product demos, managing opportunities in Salesforce, closing deals, and onboarding new customers. The role owns the full sales cycle, achieves monthly recurring revenue targets, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and identifies cross-sell opportunities while reducing churn risk.

Manage an existing customer portfolio, owning contract renewals, pricing discussions, upsell, expansion, product adoption, and churn reduction. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product value, identify opportunities, collaborate with BDMs on qualified leads, and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting. The role focuses on driving net revenue retention and supporting long-term customer growth.
