The role requires accurate data entry, strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Previous computer and phone-system experience is preferred but not required, with paid training and opportunities for advancement provided.

Develop and maintain WinForms applications using Microsoft .NET, troubleshoot and debug software, and optimize SQL Server databases. Collaborate with technical and nontechnical coworkers to create business solutions, provide technical support, and assist with computer hardware maintenance. Manage multiple assignments, communicate progress, and meet deadlines while working independently and within a team.
