Provides technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure spanning compute, virtualization, storage, networking, Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, data centers, and AWS. Designs scalable platforms, leads infrastructure-as-code and automation initiatives, supports migrations, resolves complex incidents, and improves reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. The role mentors engineers, influences infrastructure strategy, participates in disaster recovery and on-call rotations, and evaluates AI-assisted and agent-based operational tooling.

Leads the Sales Analytics and Reporting function and manages Sales Analysts. Oversees dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, profitability analysis, business insights, executive reporting, and sales technology platforms. Partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to improve performance, profitability, planning, and decision-making. Develops team capability, reporting processes, platform adoption, and analytical effectiveness while translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers who are behind on auto loan payments. Develop lawful, respectful payment solutions to bring accounts current, prevent further delinquency, and stop vehicle repossessions when possible. Update customer contact information, establish payment promises, support additional service requests, and comply with company policies and legal guidelines. The role is remote and includes mandatory five-week virtual training.
