Manages budget processes and tools while coaching direct reports and providing strategic financial guidance across the business.

Provides strategic, confidential support to C-level executives by managing complex calendars, communications, priorities, meetings, travel, briefing materials, and follow-up actions. Acts as a liaison with senior leaders and stakeholders, handles sensitive information, resolves issues, supports cross-functional initiatives, improves executive-office processes, and mentors administrative professionals. The role requires substantial autonomy, judgment, discretion, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Leads marketing insights and planning, unifying consumer, competitive, market, and dealer data into actionable strategies. Oversees segmentation, KPI dashboards, long-range and annual planning, budgeting, business cases, CDP requirements, and AI-enabled automation. Serves as chief of staff and advisor to the CMO, presents to executives and the board, and builds and mentors a multi-layered insights and analytics team.
