Lead and build Credify's Kampala branch and regional sales function: drive revenue, recruit and coach sales/support staff, manage branch operations and customer escalations, implement CRM and analytics to monitor performance, and collaborate with HQ to scale processes and deliver operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end product development for Credify's web and WhatsApp chatbot platforms, define roadmap and API integrations with ERP and loan management systems, drive implementation with engineering and QA, build analytics and reporting, and mentor junior product staff while representing the product internally and externally.
