The Founding Business Development Representative will create and execute Credal’s outbound strategy, including personalized emails, cold calls, warm introductions, and campaigns. The role involves initiating conversations with technical leaders and executives, qualifying prospects, understanding pain points, sharing market feedback with product teams, and building the company’s outbound playbook. This in-person NYC position offers potential progression into account executive, growth, or customer-facing leadership roles.

Embed with customers to design and build end-to-end software solutions, acting like a startup CTO. Iterate with users, own high-stakes projects, and improve Credal's AI platform while navigating real-world complexity and ambiguity.

As a Founding GTM Deployment Strategist, you'll own customer success operations, enhance relationships, and develop metrics while engaging with customers to understand their needs and ensure product impact.
