Lead complex sales cycles, structure and negotiate deals, establish forecasting and governance processes, develop market intelligence, coordinate cross-functional execution, and build a scalable commercial team serving banks, fintechs, payment networks, and enterprise partners.

Own growth of CRED’s credit card bill payment business by improving acquisition, member resurrection, multi-card adoption, and payment funnel conversion. Lead campaigns, merchandising, rewards, experimentation, and engagement initiatives while optimizing ROI. Track performance metrics, identify issues, plan initiatives, and partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing, Rewards, Risk, and Operations to develop personalization and payment-confidence solutions.
