Manage and scale lender partnerships across banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders to meet annual lending targets. Own partner relationships, capital supply, compliance and policy alignment, funnel monitoring, issue diagnosis, and corrective actions. Collaborate with product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and finance teams to structure effective lending partnerships, draft business requirements, and drive execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Own the end-to-end strategy, growth, roadmap, and P&L for CRED’s high-frequency consumer payment categories. Drive 2–3× growth in active transacting members through habit-forming, low-friction payment experiences, experimentation, and ecosystem collaboration. Balance engagement, reliability, cost-to-serve, compliance, and long-term sustainability while aligning product, engineering, finance, compliance, growth, regulators, and external partners.

Own and grow CRED’s direct-to-consumer partnership pipeline across India. Identify brands and opportunities, close revenue-generating deals, meet sales quotas, and create partnerships spanning rewards, payments, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Build relationships with founders, executives, growth leaders, and venture capital stakeholders. Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to launch and scale partnerships end to end.
