Lead the Chiswick veterinary clinic while spending approximately 80% of the time in clinical practice. Manage the veterinary team, Head Nurse, and Practice Manager; oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, education, client experience, recruitment, health and safety, marketing, budgeting, KPIs, and financial performance. Drive membership and client acquisition, support team wellbeing, and represent the organization within the veterinary community.

Lead and manage the veterinary nursing team, oversee clinic operations, maintain high standards of animal patient care, manage medical equipment and supplies, collaborate on care plans, and promote staff development and a positive workplace culture.

Lead the clinical, financial, and operational performance of a new veterinary clinic. Spend most time delivering clinical care while managing veterinary staff, the Practice Manager, and Head Nurse. Oversee clinical governance, team development, audits, client experience, recruitment, health and safety, marketing, budgeting, KPIs, and business performance. Promote the clinic’s values, support team wellbeing, develop local partnerships, and help establish the clinic’s culture and long-term success.
