Administer commission plans in CaptivateIQ, maintain payee and quota data, review payouts, resolve commission questions, calculate commissions outside the platform, and support month-end close through accrued and deferred commission calculations. The role also audits Salesforce opportunities, tracks purchase orders, and partners with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Monitor and reconcile payment activity, investigate transaction discrepancies and payment inquiries, verify deposits and disbursements, prepare financial reports including Balance Activity Reports, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails. The role partners with Finance, Support, and Operations to resolve account questions and support reliable accounting records within a global shared services organization.

Own the Community and Campaigns product areas, including creator CRM, campaign planning, briefs, creator and content management, and connected workflows. Lead an agentic AI rebuild, evaluate AI-generated outputs, conduct customer discovery, analyze product usage, prioritize feedback, and define product strategy. Partner with engineering and design on data models, APIs, permissions, integrations, prototypes, and workflow improvements for global B2B SaaS customers.
