Teams at CreativeX

Own the reliability, performance, scalability, and observability of CreativeX’s production platform. Lead database migrations and architectural changes, scale infrastructure and data pipelines, build self-service deployment and debugging tools, improve staging and testing environments, respond to incidents, and establish reliability targets. Collaborate across engineering, security, and product teams while using cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and AI-assisted automation.

Build and maintain scalable backend systems, including third-party data integrations, external APIs, and complex data pipelines. Ensure resilient ingestion, monitoring, data quality, and SLA adherence while delivering well-tested product solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, contribute to technical and organizational improvements, and help shape feature development and customer adoption in an agile, autonomous environment.

Own product design from discovery through launch across CreativeX product areas. Conduct customer research and usability testing, translate creative data and AI capabilities into intuitive workflows and dashboards, collaborate with Product and Engineering, extend the design system, and improve shipped experiences using feedback and product data. The role requires strong interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and independent ownership in a collaborative B2B SaaS environment.
