Own the reliability, performance, scalability, and observability of CreativeX’s production platform. Lead database migrations and architectural changes, scale infrastructure and data pipelines, build self-service deployment and debugging tools, improve staging and testing environments, respond to incidents, and establish reliability targets. Collaborate across engineering, security, and product teams while using cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and AI-assisted automation.

Own product design from discovery through launch across CreativeX product areas. Conduct customer research and usability testing, translate creative data and AI capabilities into intuitive workflows and dashboards, collaborate with Product and Engineering, extend the design system, and improve shipped experiences using feedback and product data. The role requires strong interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and independent ownership in a collaborative B2B SaaS environment.

Provides day-to-day technical support to SaaS users through email and chat, resolves product queries, triages bugs, escalates technical issues, and communicates high-priority concerns. The role owns platform expertise, surfaces customer feedback, collaborates with Product Ops, Engineering, and Client Success, improves documentation and support processes, and helps develop AI-enabled workflows and user education.
