Lead nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care, staffing, documentation, care planning, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Hire, train, evaluate, and support nursing staff while collaborating with physicians and consultants to implement individualized care plans and performance improvement initiatives.

Prepare, assemble, and serve meals; deliver trays and meal carts; rotate and manage food supplies; wash and sanitize dishes and equipment; maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse per policy; follow standardized recipes and portioning instructions; support resident satisfaction and teamwork.

Provide clinical leadership as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): direct nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans, perform treatments, transcribe orders, document resident care, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain safety and infection control, and address staffing needs to ensure resident well-being and care continuity.
