Develop and maintain backend solutions for Adobe Experience Manager using Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and AEM APIs. Build integrations, automated tests, and cloud deployment pipelines; troubleshoot and optimize systems for security, performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with frontend, QA, project teams, and stakeholders, while supporting code reviews, documentation, technical requirements, and continuous improvement for AEM as a Cloud Service environments.

Develop and enhance Adobe Experience Manager frontend experiences, including responsive pages, reusable components, editable templates, dialogs, themes, and client libraries. Translate designs into accessible, performant interfaces; support authoring and publishing workflows; integrate AEM content features; troubleshoot and test implementations; and collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Owns planning, governance, coordination, and delivery of software projects across scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder communication. Translates requirements into actionable plans, removes blockers, coordinates technical and QA teams, manages vendors, tracks project documentation, supports testing and release readiness, and presents status updates to clients and senior stakeholders. The role requires extensive software project management experience and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and project tracking tools.
