This role manages end-to-end recruitment processes, develops sourcing strategies, maintains ATS records, and collaborates with teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals, focusing on a positive candidate experience.

Responsible for quality review of applications, creating test strategies and plans, implementing automation, and managing defects. As a Senior Engineer, mentor junior staff and align QA direction with management standards.
