Provide administrative support to a Motion Pictures agent: manage calls and email, calendars, expense reports, contracts, media files, data grids, research, and client/studio communication. Support pitching, submissions, and project coordination while staying current on entertainment news.

Manage project cost controls: consolidate and maintain budgets and cash flows, review invoices and pay applications, track exposures and change orders, coordinate with clients, lenders, contractors, and lead budget and pay-app review meetings throughout pre-construction and construction phases.

Provide high-volume administrative support to up to five technology executives: manage calendars and meetings, book travel, reconcile PCard and expenses, route calls, receive visitors, maintain department calendars and contact lists, ensure timely error-free deliverables, and perform other assigned office duties.
