The HR Business Partner will support HR strategies, guide basic HR topics, analyze HR metrics, and assist in core HR programs, while providing employee support and collaborating with HR leaders.

Support continuous improvement activities by collecting data, documenting processes, maintaining project documentation and metrics, participating in kaizen/5S events, assisting process mapping and waste identification, coordinating meeting logistics, and escalating operational issues to sustain improvements.

Serve as senior commercial leader for strategic, high-revenue accounts: develop account strategies, build executive relationships, drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, lead cross-functional alignment, and act as customer advocate to improve service, retention, and long-term growth.
