Analyze, record, and report financial data; perform monthly close, reconciliations, adjustments and accruals; prepare financial statements and management reports; support AP/AR/Payroll and audits; maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements; collaborate with business partners on accounting implications of decisions.

Lead financial close and reporting for assigned business units, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and accurate account reconciliations. Provide technical accounting guidance, support audits, drive process and system improvements, resolve variances, and partner with cross-functional teams. Mentor junior staff and deliver actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Lead and mentor planning, procurement, and materials teams to optimize demand management, inventory turns, and cost. Implement best-practice supply chain processes, drive metrics and continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, support strategic initiatives, and serve on the business unit leadership team.
