Manage complex electronics manufacturing programs from product concept through customer delivery. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams; oversee NPI builds, schedules, risks, quality, costs, P&L, customer communications, certifications, change management, and delivery. The role also manages process validations, production scaling, supply availability, corrective actions, documentation, and executive reporting, with travel of up to 10%.

Leads strategic, high-value customer accounts in the electronics manufacturing services industry. Responsibilities include enterprise account planning, revenue and share-of-wallet growth, contract and pricing negotiations, customer advocacy, cross-functional alignment, escalation management, operational improvement, and executive relationship development. The role requires strong manufacturing and technical knowledge, CRM and ERP proficiency, strategic program or account management experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Remote work is available, with required customer travel.

Leads the process engineering function for electronics manufacturing, managing engineers and technicians, manufacturing process optimization, new product introduction, equipment qualification, continuous improvement, compliance, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversees PCBA and box-build processes, drives KPI performance, integrates new technologies, develops staff, and ensures production quality, efficiency, safety, and customer alignment.
