Creation Technologies Benefits Overview

Lead complex new product introduction programs from initiation through manufacturing launch. Develop launch strategies, schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate cross-functional engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer activities; facilitate stage-gate reviews; manage customer communications and executive reporting; track KPIs; improve NPI processes; and mentor project management team members. The role supports electronics manufacturing, with aerospace and defense experience strongly preferred.

Performs specialized electronic assembly rework and advanced repairs, including ball grid arrays (BGAs) and fine-pitch components. Works within a dedicated rework team to recover high-value assemblies and support customer satisfaction.

Supports process engineering, equipment programming, PCBA and box-build production, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, process validation, and continuous improvement. Analyzes process data, helps implement new technologies, documents process changes, resolves basic equipment issues, and reads wiring and pneumatic diagrams. Works under the direction of the Process Engineering team in an electronics manufacturing environment.
