Freelance specialist responsible for growing CreateFuture’s employer brand across LinkedIn and other channels, targeting technical talent in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe. The role involves creating social posts, videos, employee stories, referral materials, alumni engagement, careers-event content, and a repeatable content playbook. The specialist will collaborate with communications, talent acquisition, marketing, and leadership teams, use performance data to optimize content, and deliver a six-month handover.

Build and own backend services and APIs using C# and .NET, integrate third-party systems, make technical decisions, and promote scalable, maintainable code. Mentor junior engineers through reviews and pairing, champion clean code and testing, and contribute to Agile planning and technical direction. Cloud experience and infrastructure-as-code knowledge support delivery across client projects.

Coordinates daily office operations, visitor experiences, supplies, deliveries, meeting spaces, events, travel arrangements, onboarding logistics, equipment, correspondence, facilities requests, and vendor relationships. Serves as a contact for office, remote-working, health and safety, and fire safety enquiries while maintaining an organized, welcoming workspace. Supports internal communications, office engagement initiatives, workstation assessments, access passes, and office issue tracking, with occasional support for other offices.
