Lead high-impact engineering engagements for consultancy clients by shaping architecture, making pragmatic technical decisions, reviewing code, guiding AI-assisted development, and delivering robust production systems. The role requires broad full-stack understanding across backend, cloud, data, web, and mobile; expertise in Java containerisation, developer experience, CI/CD, migrations, refactoring, and replatforming; and strong consulting, communication, commercial judgment, mentoring, and client-facing leadership.

Own recurring FP&A reporting packs, including data preparation, cleansing, analysis, commentary, and stakeholder insights. Build and maintain AI- and agent-based workflows to automate finance data processes, evaluate LLM outputs, improve data quality, and identify scalable efficiencies. Serve as the internal AI-for-FP&A expert, document processes and logic, support reporting quality, and provide senior-level autonomy during team transition.

Build and maintain self-service cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, AI and data engineering infrastructure, observability systems, and FinOps capabilities. Advise clients, support migrations, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to reference architectures and internal technical communities. The role requires strong experience across Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, cloud AI services, streaming, orchestration, vector databases, monitoring, and cost optimization.
