CreateFuture Benefits Overview

Lead the growth of CreateFuture’s Bulgaria engineering capability from approximately 30 to 100 employees. Build local leadership, maintain engineering quality, develop AI-native delivery practices, attract and retain talent, support client delivery and pre-sales, and strengthen the company’s presence in Bulgaria’s technology community. The role combines technical leadership, people management, consultancy delivery, commercial contribution, and engineering recruitment, with particular relevance to iGaming and financial services.

Designs, builds, and evolves reliable AWS platform capabilities, including federated identity and complex integrations. The role assesses existing infrastructure, prioritizes platform improvements, translates requirements into auditable delivery work, and supports future platform expansion. It also owns incident management, on-call and post-incident processes, leads and mentors platform engineers, and communicates priorities to technical and business stakeholders in regulated environments.

Build and prototype full-stack web, CMS, marketing platform, API, and cloud infrastructure solutions. Support technical exploration across CMS modernization, AI, agentic systems, and workflow automation. Develop proof of concepts, investigate scalable platform capabilities, and collaborate with principal engineers, technical leaders, engineers, and stakeholders to shape pragmatic architecture and roadmap decisions. The role uses modern JavaScript technologies, cloud services, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code.
