Part-time A&R discovery intern supporting artist scouting, data gathering, pitching prospects, and assisting marketing and digital rights tasks. Responsibilities include research using software and social channels, administrative support, and collaboration with the A&R team. Hybrid role requiring LA office presence 2-3 days weekly for 10–20 hours per week over 3–4 months.

Support daily administration of a global music catalog: register songs with the U.S. Copyright Office, compile metadata and audio assets, reconcile neighboring rights statements, review agreements to record revenue splits, resolve ownership conflicts via outreach, and maintain rights data in Salesforce.

Support and coordinate high-volume creator marketing campaigns on TikTok and Instagram: manage pipeline, communicate with creators, track performance and deliverables, maintain records, and collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with release strategies.
