Teams at Create Music Group

Serve as primary contact for assigned artists, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-department coordination to execute releases and marketing campaigns. Oversee digital marketing, asset distribution, content production (video/photo), calendar and travel logistics, royalty/payment coordination, and D2C/merch initiatives while cultivating artist development and stakeholder relationships.

Support A&R by researching artists and songs across social platforms and DSPs, compiling YouTube analytics, tracking artist leads through the funnel, assisting relationship-building with creatives, gathering song files, and performing administrative tasks.

The Director of Program Management will oversee cross-functional execution of programs, align teams, manage dependencies, and drive organizational change in software and tech environments.
