Processes insurance policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Validates coverage, limits, and premiums; maintains policy records; resolves discrepancies with onshore teams; meets SLAs; supports process improvement; and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal controls.

Coordinates high-volume New York and national commercial title insurance transactions. Serves as the primary contact for underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, brokers, and vendors; reviews title products and purchase agreements; supports transaction clearance, closing statements, invoicing, settlement, disbursement, funding, and financial verification; and resolves inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Leads complex accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, close activities, internal controls, and process improvements. Analyzes accounting and control issues, recommends scalable solutions, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, supports audits, and communicates findings to stakeholders and leadership. Provides technical guidance and coaching to less-experienced team members while ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable standards.
