Leads the full lifecycle servicing of assigned insurance accounts, including submissions, quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, and documentation. Coordinates internal stakeholders, supports brokers and underwriters, promotes new and renewal business, negotiates coverage terms, evaluates risks and market conditions, and develops coverage recommendations for agents.

Coordinates CRC Group’s 2.5-year Sales Acceleration Program for early-career producers. Responsibilities include scheduling, event logistics, participant support, onboarding, vendor and subject matter expert coordination, documentation, communications, progress tracking, feedback collection, reporting, and leadership presentations. The role also supports sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding initiatives, with travel required more than five times annually.

Manage wholesale insurance accounts throughout the lifecycle, from submission and marketing through binding, servicing, and renewal. Coordinate brokers, underwriters, carriers, and internal teams; negotiate coverage terms; prepare quotes and recommendations; process policy transactions; issue documentation; support retention and growth; guide support staff; and conduct market research. The role requires strong insurance expertise, analytical ability, communication skills, organization, and independent decision-making.
