Supports process engineering deliverables for pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, and industrial projects. Works under a mentor to design manufacturing facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and critical utility systems; documents process design scopes and collaborates with engineers, vendors, clients, and contractors. The internship provides hands-on experience with real-world AEC projects, process optimization, and cross-disciplinary engineering applications.

Leads instrumentation and controls engineering disciplines on complex projects, managing budgets, schedules, design deliverables, field surveys, construction support, quality reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination. Develops drawings, specifications, calculations, control system designs, and P&IDs; resolves field issues; mentors engineers and designers; and leads project execution. The role requires extensive industrial control systems experience, particularly in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments.

Develops and maintains detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Collaborates with project stakeholders, monitors progress, identifies delays and risks, recommends mitigation strategies, and prepares critical path, earned value, and forecasting reports. Supports resource planning, schedule compliance, project meetings, training, and software support across multiple projects.
