CRB Benefits Overview

Designs HVAC, mechanical utility, piping, and related building systems for intermediate-complexity projects. Performs calculations, energy modeling, code evaluations, equipment selection, specifications, drawings, and construction administration. Manages mechanical scope, budgets, quality, coordination, and multiple project tasks while mentoring junior staff. Requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree, at least five years of experience, and an active Professional Engineer registration.

Supports treasury and cash management across multiple entities, including daily cash positioning, forecasting, short-term investments, bank administration, payment controls, debt monitoring, covenant compliance, lender reporting, working capital analysis, and treasury process improvements. Partners with Accounting, Project Finance, banks, auditors, and senior finance leaders on reporting, reconciliations, liquidity management, controls, and strategic finance initiatives.

Leads complex architectural projects across programming, planning, design, documentation, and construction administration. Develops code analyses, life-safety plans, construction documents, specifications, studies, and presentations while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordination with engineering and construction teams. Serves as an architectural client contact and Architect of Record, supports project planning and quality control, resolves complex design challenges, mentors staff, and contributes architectural expertise to advanced technology and life sciences markets.
