Own and optimize in-app purchase monetization for mobile games by developing pricing, offers, bundles, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation strategies. Analyze player behavior, improve ARPDAU, payer conversion, and LTV, and lead a monetization roadmap. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Economy, LiveOps, and Development teams to deliver measurable revenue growth.

Lead mobile 3D game development from concept through release, overseeing code, product design, feature refinement, code quality, performance, and live-service updates. Collaborate with design and production teams, conduct code reviews, meet delivery schedules, mentor developers, and manage development pipelines for casual and hybrid-casual games.
