Process and review client/claims information according to SOPs, identify and reconcile adjustments and variances, prepare summary reports, route tasks, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold confidentiality while supporting other administrative business process tasks.

Manage complex IT projects for the UK business, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to plan, deliver and review application development, integration, migration and infrastructure changes using agile and traditional methodologies, tracking risks, budgets, milestones and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement.
