Provide telephonic and occasional field case management for injured or disabled individuals across insurance lines. Review medical records, coordinate return-to-work plans, communicate with providers/employers/adjusters, make referrals (IME/peer review), meet productivity and QA standards, and travel frequently for site visits and case resolution.

Provide analytical and technical support for statistical and actuarial initiatives, develop and test automated carrier statistical reporting, analyze and interpret statistical/financial data, represent actuarial reporting needs in technology projects, optimize processes, debug systems, and support internal and external reporting and customer requirements.

The Senior Field Claims Adjuster will investigate losses, negotiate settlements, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with provincial licensing requirements.
