Own customer adoption for an AI tax-preparation platform, guiding accounting firms from signed contract to productive use. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, providing training and troubleshooting, resolving issues with engineering, identifying product improvements, building scalable processes and documentation, and supporting evolving founder-led operational priorities.

Own onboarding and adoption for accounting-firm customers by mapping workflows, configuring the product, leading training, diagnosing issues, and improving implementation processes. Partner with product and engineering to address recurring customer needs, represent accounting users, and support renewals, referrals, and expansion. The role requires accounting-firm experience, strong teaching and project-follow-through skills, software proficiency, and rare customer travel.

Build end-to-end product workflows for accounting firms, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, review, client requests, data models, interfaces, and AI-agent behavior. Translate customer workflows into durable software, inspect production logs and data, test features against realistic scenarios, and improve deployments. The role requires close collaboration across product, design, engineering, and implementation, with substantial ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
