The role requires accounting-firm experience, strong teaching and project-follow-through skills, software proficiency, and rare customer travel.

Build end-to-end product workflows for accounting firms, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, review, client requests, data models, interfaces, and AI-agent behavior. Translate customer workflows into durable software, inspect production logs and data, test features against realistic scenarios, and improve deployments. The role requires close collaboration across product, design, engineering, and implementation, with substantial ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own end-to-end onboarding for B2B accounting-firm customers, from discovery and kickoff through go-live and early adoption. Coordinate configuration, data collection, testing, training, stakeholders, risks, and launch readiness across multiple projects. Diagnose workflow issues, communicate customer feedback to product and engineering, and build repeatable onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials. Travel occasionally to support customer work.
