Build and own full-stack features for an internal care navigation product using React and NodeJS. Partner with Product and Operations, monitor production (metrics, logs, Sentry), ship end-to-end, and adopt AI-assisted workflows to improve velocity and quality. Drive reliability, iterate on customer-facing operational tools, and raise engineering standards in a fast-moving startup.
