Supervises inbound and outbound ground freight teams across rotating shifts. Ensures shipment coverage, exception resolution, data accuracy, SOP compliance, shift handovers, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coaches and develops specialists, manages staffing, audits TMF and Aljex records, escalates security and operational issues, and partners with program leadership on process and tooling improvements.

Manages the delivery side of ground shipments from origin departure through delivery, documentation, financial reconciliation, and billing release. Tracks shipments and ETAs, coordinates warehouse pre-alerts, audits and files proof of delivery, reconciles costs and revenue across transportation systems, and escalates transit, delivery, security, and data issues. Maintains accurate milestones, supports billing inquiries, and completes shift handovers in a high-volume logistics environment.

Monitors shipments from pickup through delivery, updates shipment tracking information in a transportation management system, communicates with carriers and drivers, secures shipping documentation, and escalates service issues. Collaborates with account management, sales, and business development teams to meet service expectations and keep clients informed.
