Coordinates offshore design and site engineering teams, manages development projects, oversees engineering test labs and prototyping, supports intellectual property and commercial needs, and drives continuous improvement. Requires mechanical or related engineering expertise, manufacturing process knowledge, GD&T, DFMEA, design for manufacturability, Creo, MRP/ERP, and product validation experience.

Manage sensing product development and modification projects from concept through completion. Coordinate cross-functional engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer activities, including prototypes, validation, BOMs, costing, product changes, testing, and customer quality concerns. Gather technical requirements, evaluate solutions, provide technical support, conduct customer presentations, and prepare engineering documentation. The role also requires project reporting, customer interfacing, and technical application support for oil and gas and industrial sensing products.

Supports the mechanical engineering team by completing drawing and documentation projects, developing 3D and 2D designs, documenting design and testing data, preparing schedules and cost estimates, and executing design projects according to ISO and engineering procedures.
