Maintain staffing and capacity planning, resolve planning conflicts, run operational check-ins, support revenue forecasting and reporting, connect delivery, sales and leadership, and improve planning processes to keep projects predictable.

Serve as the bridge between client stakeholders and digital delivery teams: gather and document requirements, create user stories and process flows, define roadmaps and KPIs, prioritize backlogs, validate solutions and support UAT, and use data to inform recommendations to drive long-term digital impact.

Student internship supporting digital strategy, UX/UI design, and front- and back-end development projects. Work closely with mentors, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to client deliverables in a hybrid, flexible environment.
