Prep, smoke, monitor, and pack house-smoked meats (brisket, ribs, pork, chicken). Manage smoker temps and fire, follow food-safety guidelines, prep for service and catering, and coordinate with kitchen staff. Early-morning shifts (approx. 7:00 AM), part-time schedule with potential for full-time cross-training.
