Supports watershed and water-resource planning, design, policy, scientific research, public education, outreach, and environmental justice initiatives. The internship emphasizes collaborative, innovative approaches to producing actionable environmental information for clients.

Lead full-cycle civil/water resources design projects from concept through construction bid, prepare PS&E, specifications and cost estimates, mentor junior engineers, manage schedules and budgets, produce proposals, perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, and create construction documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D (MicroStation a plus). Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and the public.
