Teams at Craft3

Serve as an HR business partner advising leaders on employee relations, performance coaching, change management, and team effectiveness. Design and deliver leadership development programs, support succession and workforce planning, conduct workplace investigations, and use HR data to inform people strategies and process improvements across Craft3's OR/WA operations.

Manage a portfolio of high-risk commercial loans, identify emerging credit risk, and develop workout, restructuring, and recovery strategies. Analyze financials, negotiate modifications, lead collections and enforcement actions, coordinate with legal and partners, and monitor losses and recoveries to minimize credit losses while supporting viable borrowers.
