Manage national development operations including gift processing, donor data management, Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, pipeline coordination, and donor communications. Support fundraising campaigns, reconcile gifts with Finance, train staff on CRM best practices, analyze donor trends, and recommend operational improvements to strengthen fundraising effectiveness.

Manage relationships and orders for Service Partner organizations, provide partner-facing customer service and portal support, coordinate weekly order fulfillment and pickups, maintain data integrity and account records, assist with onboarding and special distributions, and support warehouse operations and partner communications.

Lead Philadelphia fundraising to meet annual revenue goals through major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, and individual donor programs. Manage and grow the development team, cultivate and steward major donors, coordinate development communications and events, oversee gift processing and CRM records, and collaborate with board, executive leadership, and community teams to expand funding and donor engagement.
