Teams at Cracker Barrel

Analyzes data management needs, configures application changes, determines testing requirements, and coordinates controlled implementations. Documents and communicates system updates, validates releases, supports Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI compliance, trains stakeholders, provides tier-three store support, and researches application issues. Serves as an IT system expert while partnering with project teams, development, testing, operations, and business departments.

Performs pricing and financial planning analysis, including competitive pricing gaps, store tiering, price architecture, and elasticity measurements. Builds and maintains reports for senior management, models and analyzes data using financial systems, supports budgeting and forecasting, and recommends value-creating strategies. Coordinates with Menu Strategy and Marketing, provides project leadership, and completes ad hoc financial and operational analyses.

Coordinates inbound logistics, routing, wave creation, freight movement, import shipments, carrier performance, and distribution-center processes. Analyzes freight volumes, routes, costs, and operational trends to recommend supply chain improvements. Supports freight invoice accuracy, claims, carrier follow-up, dedicated fleet forecasting, and logistics program enhancements across restaurant and retail operations.
