Leads Agile delivery for multiple digital teams and initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating dependencies and releases, managing risks and impediments, improving backlog quality, tracking delivery metrics, supporting UAT and operational handoff, mentoring Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and communicating portfolio status to stakeholders and leadership. The role also maintains delivery information in Agile management tools and supports project coordination, continuous improvement, and enterprise delivery standards.

Leads a data engineering team, owning Snowflake-centered architecture, scalable data pipelines, ELT patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and cost governance. Provides hands-on technical guidance while managing planning, backlogs, capacity, roadmaps, delivery, mentoring, and department operations. Partners with Analytics, DBAs, and IT leadership to translate business needs into durable solutions, promote self-service analytics, maintain documentation, manage budgets, and evaluate emerging data technologies.

Develop sales and demand forecasts, analyze seasonality and inventory data, establish safety stock and SKU targets, and optimize replenishment from distribution centers to stores. The role tracks forecast, inventory, variability, and backorder KPIs; executes purchase orders; monitors vendor shipping windows; collaborates with buyers, planners, suppliers, and internal teams; and supports process improvements.
