Leads a data engineering team, owning Snowflake-centered architecture, scalable data pipelines, ELT patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and cost governance. Provides hands-on technical guidance while managing planning, backlogs, capacity, roadmaps, delivery, mentoring, and department operations. Partners with Analytics, DBAs, and IT leadership to translate business needs into durable solutions, promote self-service analytics, maintain documentation, manage budgets, and evaluate emerging data technologies.

Develop sales and demand forecasts, analyze seasonality and inventory data, establish safety stock and SKU targets, and optimize replenishment from distribution centers to stores. The role tracks forecast, inventory, variability, and backorder KPIs; executes purchase orders; monitors vendor shipping windows; collaborates with buyers, planners, suppliers, and internal teams; and supports process improvements.

Leads sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, commodity market analysis, cost forecasting, and hedging strategies. Owns category supply continuity, supplier performance, and commercial terms while partnering with Demand Planning, Culinary, Quality Assurance, Menu Strategy, and Finance. Drives cost, quality, service, risk mitigation, and supply chain improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
