Manage and improve Workday HR business processes supporting HCM areas including payroll, compensation, performance management, and benefits. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, oversee Workday initiatives, configure organizational and master data, test and implement business process changes, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors. Analyze HR workflows, align technology with strategic goals, provide consultation and customer service, and support training and process improvement.

Develops and maintains dbt models in Snowflake, transforms source data into governed analytical datasets, and designs dimensional data models. Builds Gold-layer data products supporting Power BI, reporting, analytics, and approved AI use cases. Implements data quality tests, documentation, lineage, source control, CI/CD, and production monitoring. Partners with business stakeholders, analysts, and Data Engineering to define metrics, troubleshoot data issues, validate releases, and support certified semantic datasets.

Coordinates alcohol licensing compliance activities, including calendars, monthly tasks, regulatory inquiries, license and permit data, deadlines, invoices, payments, annual reports, and compliance software implementation. Provides administrative support to the compliance team and communicates with municipalities and field personnel.
